Island Breeze Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 oz Coconut Rum
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz Peach Schnapps
- Ice Cubes
- Pineapple Slice
- Cherry
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in peach schnapps, coconut rum, pineapple juice and cranberry juice.
- Add cap and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds or until well-chilled.
- Strain and pour over ice into your drinking glass of choice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry. Cheers!
