Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
This Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is an easy no bake dessert that will be a huge hit at any summer barbecue. With simple ingredients and a quick assembly process, it's the perfect summer dessert that everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 18-24 Vanilla ice cream sandwiches
- 2 tubs of Cool Whip
- Chocolate syrup
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Arrange a single layer of ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish. Some may need to be cut to fit in the pan.
- Then, spread an even layer of whipped topping over top of ice cream sandwiches.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over top of whipped topping.
- Repeat but in the order of a layer of ice cream sandwiches, then chocolate syrup and whipped topping.
- Garnish with sprinkles and put in freezer at least 6 hours or best overnight.
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
To store: Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place in freezer for up to 3 days.
