Hawaiian Mimosa

The Hawaiian version of the Mimosa is a refreshing twist on the classic cocktail. Perfect for sipping via poolside, brunch or summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Champagne
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Grenadine
  • Pineapple Slice for garnish
  • Cherry for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill β…“ of a champagne flute with grenadine. Add β…“ champagne on top of grenadine.
  • Slowly add β…“ of pineapple juice on top of champagne layer to get the layered look.
  • Garnish the glass with a pineapple slice and a cherry. Enjoy!

Notes

To make by the pitcher: add a full bottle of champagne, 2 cups of pineapple juice and ΒΌ cup grenadine. Layer each ingredient; grenadine, champagne, pineapple juice and serve.
