Freddy Krueger Dream Warriors Cocktail
This Freddy Krueger Dream Warriors Cocktail is a spooktacular cocktail to serve up this Halloween season. A cranberry vodka paired with a strawberry watermelon Gatorade and blue Powerade.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. cranberry vodka
- 1 cup strawberry watermelon Gatorade
- 1 drop red food gel
- 1 ½ cups blue Powerade
- Dry Ice chips – this is optional but be sure to wait till dissolved before consuming.
Instructions
- This dream warriors cocktail is so easy to make. Start by grabbing a glass and mix together the vodka, food coloring and strawberry watermelon Gatorade.
- Mix well to ensure the food coloring mixes well with the liquid. Then you will pour the mixture over ice.
- Grab your syringe and place the blue Powerade in the syringe and sit on top of the cocktail.
- Serve it up, and then let those who drink it squirt the Powerade into the drink then sip and enjoy.
Notes
Variations and Tips
- You are welcome to use other flavors of vodka. I love the cranberry but even a strawberry lemonade, lime, lemon, etc. Feel free to use even a plain vodka if you want.
- Use a red colored Gatorade or Powerade as the base to get the red color. But you could even reach for a fruit punch or something else if you would prefer.
- Feel free to change up the flavor of Powerade in the syringe. Even a grape would be a nice compliment of flavor or orange.
- The ice is going to allow you to sit the syringe on top and it won't fall into the drink.
- You can garnish your glass with plastic Halloween fangs, fake witch fingers, etc. Or leave it plain.
