Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
  • Chicken strips
  • Mac and cheese bites
  • Football shaped cheese ball
  • Soft pretzel bites
  • Mozzarella sticks
  • Boneless wings
  • Potato skins
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Sliced cheese
  • Pretzels
  • Tortilla chips
  • Crackers
  • Prosciutto
  • Ranch dressing
  • Sour cream
  • Queso dip
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Honey mustard

Instructions

  • Start with the football shaped cheese ball as the centerpiece. Make a cheese ball, chill and shape into a football. Cover with pepperoni and use string cheese for the laces. Place in the center of the board.
  • Next, add the crackers and pretzels along the side of the cheese ball.
  • Then add the appetizers on the board. I like to add to the four corners and then fill in where needed.
  • Place the appropriate dips near coordinating foods as you arrange them.
  • Set the carrots and celery by the wings and dips.
  • Fan out the cheese slices and meats and place near pretzel thins and crackers.
  • Finally, fill in the rest of the spots with remaining items until the entire board is covered. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

A charcuterie board should not be left out for longer than 2 hours at room temperature. If the board is outdoors in warmer weather put away after 1 hour to avoid the food from spoiling.
