Creepy Halloween Hand Appetizer
This Prosciutto Halloween Hand is the perfect creepy appetizer for your Halloween party! Made with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, this severed hand will be a spooky addition to your spread. Serve it with crackers or bread for a delicious and frightening treat.

Ingredients
- Mozzarella cheese log
- Prosciutto slices
- 5 Prosciutto and mozzarella rolls
- Crackers for serving
Instructions
- Lay a piece of parchment paper down and place mozzarella roll on top. Cut a portion of off to use to make the hand.
- Shape the hand part and add the fingers and push in slightly to secure them in place.
- Layer the slices of prosciutto over the shape of the hand (trimming where needed) till you get the look of a real hand.
- Transfer to a serving platter or a coffin shaped board with crackers and a cheese knife.

To Store: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
