Air Fryer Fried Pickles

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 bag of pork rinds
  • Jar of sliced dill pickles

Instructions

  • In a small bowl beat eggs together.
  • Add pork rinds to the food processor and process until they resemble crumbs.
  • Add the pork rinds crumbles to a separate bowl.
  • Dip each pickle slice in the egg wash and then the pork rinds.
  • Place each pickle slice in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook at 390 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with Buffalo Ranch or Regular Ranch dressing for dipping.
