Hibachi Dinner at Home

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Thin steak
  • Shrimp
  • 2-3 eggs
  • Cooked White rice
  • Soy sauce
  • Yum Yum sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Veggies; carrots zucchini, mushrooms, green peppers, onions (any other veggies you want)

Instructions

  • Step One: Start by heating up your flat top grill. Once warm add your butter and let it melt. 
  • Step Two: Toss on the chicken, steak and shrimp. Cook until all the meat is cooked through. I like to add the shrimp after the steak and shrimp has cooked a bit. 
  • Step Three: Push the meats to the side once cooked. Then heat up the flat top with oil. 
  • Step Four: Add on your cooked rice, and veggies and cook. Add on the soy sauce, and mix in the egg to create a scrambled egg. 
  • Step Five: Once cooked add your protein back into the fried rice. Drizzle on yum yum sauce or even more soy sauce. 

Notes

Storing Leftovers 

You will want to put your rice and the meats and veggies into an airtight container. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days. Then reheat in the microwave or skillet on the stove.
