1cupunsalted sweet cream buttersoftened
½cupsugar
½cuplight brown sugar
1large egg
2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
2 ¼cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking soda
¼teaspoonsalt
¾cuppretzelscrushed
1 ¼cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ¼cupwhite chocolate chips
1 ¼cuppeanut butter chips
1 ¼cupredgreen and white baking chips
1 ¼cupChristmas sprinkles
1 ¼cupcrushed peppermint candy
Garnish: pretzelschocolate chips, and Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
Prep: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Make the cookie dough: In a bowl, cream the butter and both sugars with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Continue beating and add egg and vanilla. Beat until combined.
Combine wet and dry ingredients: Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl. Stir the flour mixture into the wet mixture until combined.
Stir in mix ins: Use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the pretzels, chocolate and white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, Christmas sprinkles red green and white baking chips, peppermint candy into the cookie batter.
Bake the cookies: Scoop dough using a medium cookie scoop into your hand and roll dough into a ball and place cookie onto cookie tray. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes and until cookie edges start to turn a golden color.
Cool cookies: Remove from the oven. Set aside to cool for 3 minutes while still on the cookie sheet. Gently transfer the cookies to a cooling rack.
