Foolproof Fudge

This fudge recipe is foolproof! You only need a few simple ingredients and a stove to make it. It's so easy, anyone can do it.

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate chips with condensed milk in a pan over low heat. Stir continuously while chocolate is melting and mix together well.
  • Remove from heat. Add in nuts and vanilla and mix together. Place a piece of wax paper in an 8X8 inch pan and spread mixture evenly. Chill in fridge for 2 hours.
  • To remove flip over pan and tap on the bottom till it falls out. Remove wax paper and cut into 1 inch squares.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

Chocolate fudge will last for 2-3 weeks when stored in an airtight container in the fridge
