Ingredients
- Strawberries - large pointed ones work best
- Sharp pairing knife
- Cutting board
- Fork or a wooden skewer
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and pat dry.
- Stick a strawberry with a fork or skewer on the bottom where the leaves are.
- Make your first layer of petals by cutting down on a angle towards the center of the strawberry but not cutting all the way through. You should have about 4 petals on the bottom layer.
- Bend each layer slightly down to open up the petal.
- Repeat steps for the second layer.
