This Easter enjoy a Farmhouse Feast from Bob Evans and let them do the cooking for you. Not only will you enjoy a delicious feast among your family but also don’t have to worry about the hours of preparation or clean up. Now that is my kind of stress-free holiday. I can use that time I would spend in the kitchen with my family instead talking and catching up.
The Farmhouse Feast is a farm-fresh homestyle meal that includes a hickory smoked ham served with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and ham, buttered sweet corn, coleslaw, rolls and lemon supreme pie. It can feed a family of four for $49.99* or a family of eight for $79.99*, which includes a loaf of banana nut bread. Additional servings may be added a la carte.
And the best part is that you can order the feast in advance at BobEvans.com and pick it up at your convenience. The meals are fresh and made-to-order, but quantities are limited, so ordering early is highly recommended.
My family and I tried the Farmhouse Feast for 8 last week for the first time. It was nice to have someone else prepare the meal and all I had to do was heat it up. When I opened the box to check everything out, I was amazed at all the delicious food options. There was something for everyone and the portions were more than enough for my family, which made it great for leftovers the next day. Inside the box are step-by-step instructions for how to re-heat the already prepared feast. In less than an hour you meal will be ready if you re-heat in the oven or ready in minutes if you use the microwave.
My family did not make a sound during dinner as they enjoyed the delicious feast. And dessert was a hit with the lemon supreme pie. Check out that slice of pie!
For those who prefer to go out for the Easter meal, Bob Evans will be open at 6 a.m. on Easter Sunday and will be offering its full menu of breakfast and brunch favorites all day long, starting at just $4.99. Guests’ favorites include: One Egg, Sausage or Bacon and two biscuits meal or Brioche French Toast for $4.99; and the Sunrise or Griddle Combo for $5.99.
