Planning a Taco Dinner Night? Jennie-O has you covered with all the essentials of the new JENNIE-O® Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey along with WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® dip and HERDEZ® salsa. Combine all of these together for the perfect Taco Dinner.

The Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey made it so easy on me as I didn’t have to brown the meat, drain it, and then add the seasoning. It was already pre-seasoned and since it was ground turkey there was no need to drain it. It took off 5-6 minutes of my cooking time. And my family and I could not even tell that it was ground turkey. It actually had a great flavor to it and it was seasoned just right.

And to top it off we added some chips and salsa with the Herdez Salsa and used the Wholly Guacamole onto our tacos for added flavor. It turned out to be a great meal and took no time at all to make. Plus, my family was happy and enjoyed every last bit of it.

My time-saving tip for cooking dinner is to have a few easy go-to options for those nights when time is tight. We have spaghetti with meat sauce, turkey burgers, and scrambled eggs with spinach as three easy, ready-in-fifteen-minutes go-to dinner options that everyone likes!

My time-saving tip for cooking dinner is to make extra batches of food and freeze some for busy night.s

  5. When ground beef is on sale, I buy a large amount, brown and crumble it and package it in one pound freezer bags. Then it is easy to add to recipes like casseroles, spaghetti sauce and such. It saves time. Sometimes I mix in ground turkey as well.

My time saving tip for dinner is to make things like casseroles on Sunday so you can freeze them then just quickly heat them up during the week.

I try to do the basic food prep at intervals throughout the day. Have 5 minutes – dice the onion and pepper you’re going to use later and stash it in the fridge in a baggie. Doing small bits when you have a spare moment lets you start with lots of the prep already done and get dinner on the table faster during crunch time.
