Mini Babybel Cheese and Healthy Lunchbox Ideas Challenge

Kids love fun lunches and different ideas for the lunchbox. I am always trying to think of new and creative ways to make lunches for my kids so they don’t get bored. I recently got a “Snack a Little Bigger Back-to-School package” challenge from Mini Babybel cheese. It included Mini Babybel cheeses (not pictured since my kids ate them faster than I could take a picture), a collapsible Babybel lunchbox, a copy of the book, “Weelicious Lunches” by Catherine McCord and a pre-paid gift card to purchase the food for lunchbox ideas.

Creating healthy and fun lunches for kids can be affordable and easy.  The “Weelicious Lunches” book also has some great ideas to use for lunches. You can create sandwiches on a stick or make a fruit kabob, plus many more ideas. And you can add the Mini Babybel Cheeses in the lunch since they are small and healthy to eat. Not only are they 100% natural but they also have 5-6 grams of protein and just 80 calories or less.

We created several different lunch options with the collapsible lunchbox. For the lunches we made Turkey BLT Wraps, Peanut Butter Pancake Sandwich, and Sandwich on a Stick. We also added other healthy food items such as grapes, carrots, cantaloupe, pudding, cheese stick, granola bar, watermelon, pepperoni, and crackers.

The lunch box is easy to pop open and collapse back down when not in use. And the lid snaps on tight to keep food fresh. And when you are finished with the lunch box stick it on the top shelve of the dishwasher to clean it.

Be sure to also check out my Homemade Uncrustables, Peanut Butter Roll-Up, Ants on a Log, and the Pizza Bento Box for more lunch ideas.
