Last night my kids and I went to the opening show of Disney On Ice in Columbus, OH. The show was about 2 hours long with an intermission in between the 2 acts. The Disney On Ice World of Fantasy Show included characters from Toy Story, Cars, Tinkerbell, Ariel, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy. This was our first time attending a Disney On Ice World of Fantasy Show and we ended up enjoying it very much.
The show started out with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy all on ice skates of course. They are out driving and all of a sudden their car breaks down. Who else comes to save them but none other than Mater. He helps fix their car as the rest of the crew from Radiator Springs show up.
Next up was a short version of The Little Mermaid with Ariel singing, finding the prince, and running into Ursula. After giving up her voice to Ursula she changes to a human with legs. During this act you will also see Sebastian and Flounder.
Want to see Tinkerbell fly? Tinkerbell and her friends are the next act with colorful costumes that dance around the ice rink. You will catch Tinkerbell flying around spreading some pixie dust.
And they save the best for last when the Andy and his toys including Buzz, Woody, and the rest of the gang show up. Here a shorter version of Toy Story 3 be told right in front of your eyes.
Our favorite part of the whole show was when Ken was trying on his outfits and showing them off while dancing to a different song with each outfit.
There is still time to see the show!
