Cinderella Movie Review with a Modern Twist #Cinderella

Cinderella movie review

Cinderella will be out in theaters everyone tomorrow, March 13th. It is perfect for the whole family to see and one movie you don’t want to miss. I got the chance to see it last week and fell in love with it. It is one of the most magical films I have ever seen from the dress to the shoes.

Based on the classic fairy tale with a now more modern twist it starts off by telling the story with Cinderella’s parents than progressed into living with the evil stepmother and step sisters. Cinderella played by Lily James is so gentle and kind in the movie. My favorite saying from her throughout the movie is “Have courage and be kind.”

Another magical moment in the film is where the fairy godmother turns everything around for Cinderella from her beautiful gown to her horse and carriage. Meeting the prince played by Richard Madden was a special moment with the first dance at the ball. They both got along so well and made you laugh together. When the clock struck midnight it was time for Cinderella to go and the prince was lost. After Cinderella leaves her glass slipper, the prince is determined to find his princess.

5 Reason to see Cinderella

1. It’s a live action romantic fantasy based on the fairy tale story Cinderella.

2. The movie has been remade after 65 years.

3. To see the 3D glass slippers made with Swarovski crystal glass and crafted by Sandy Powell that are surprisingly comfortable.

4. Cate Blanchett plays Cinderella’s evil stepmother, Lady Tremaine is not nice.

5. Watch the Frozen short “Frozen Fever” that will play before Cinderella.
