Summer is finally here and it is filled with fresh Strawberries and Bacon! I am talking about the new summer menu at Bob Evans that features sizzlin’, savory bacon and fresh, luscious strawberries to accompany the restaurant’s best-in-class breakfast offerings. These are 2 foods that I love and Bob Evans nailed it by adding it to their menu.
The new menu features fresh, thick-cut bacon in everything from omelets to sandwiches and fresh, juicy strawberries from salads to desserts. Can we just say YUM?!
The Sizzlin’ Bacon-Topped Chicken 3-Course Dinner is a grilled chicken breast topped with two strips of hardwood-smoked bacon, sautéed onions, provolone cheese and a warm bacon sauce. This is one fulfilling meal and perfect for any bacon lovers out there.
And if you love Bacon so much there are also other menu options such as the Bacon Lover’s Omelet, which is a three-egg omelet filled with two strips of thick-cut, hardwood-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon pieces, onions, red peppers and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
The Strawberry Bacon Salad is a bed of fresh mixed greens and spinach topped with grilled chicken, bacon, strawberries, honey-roasted pecans and red onions. It’s also served with a side of warm bacon dressing which is delish but the way.
Other strawberry items you can get off the menu are Strawberry Crepes, Strawberry Hotcakes and Strawberry Waffles and Strawberry Brioche French Toast is new and is made with thick-cut, baked in-house Brioche French toast and topped with fresh strawberries.
And we cannot forget about dessert as the Strawberry Supreme Pie is back by popular demand for a limited time. You can purchase it by the slice or a whole pie.
