Best Planners for 2016

best planners for 2016

It’s the year to get organized! I am a pen and paper person and obsessed with planners. I am always on the hunt for the perfect planner and found several that are anywhere from inspirational to stylish yet functional.

desire map planner

The Desire Map Planner – Weekly Edition 2016 (Limited Edition)

A 12 month weekly planner that has a place for to-do lists, goals, and what you want to accomplish each week. My favorite thing about this planner is the list of 3 Things to accomplish for the week. Knowing that I crossed off those 3 things for the week is a huge accomplishment.

I love getting a daily boost with the Soul Prompts from Danielle that are found throughout the planner. The weekly spread also has a page for free-writing your ideas, desires, and wisdom for 100 days of journaling. The indented tabs makes it easy to flip thru each month and the elastic closure band keeps the planner secured. One unique trait this planner has is that the corners are perforated so you can tear them off to keep track of what page you are on.

The cover is a limited edition from the artist Marta Spendowska and is only available while supplies last.

Rifle Paper Co 2016 Toile 17-Month Planner & 2016 Birch Floral 17-Month Planner

This 17-month planner from August – December is not only beautiful but functional. If you can’t decide if you want a weekly or monthly planner this one offers both. It has a section for notes, contacts, a pocket folder, ruler, inspirational quotes, and more.

This planner is a little bit different from others. It looks like it is in a binder but actually has a spiral coil inside keeping the pages together. I love the tabs as it is easy to flip back and forth from monthly to weekly. The elastic band keeps the planner secure when you take it on the go. There are 2 different designs you can choose from and is the right size for traveling or carrying in your purse.

best is yet to come planner

The Best Is Yet To Come 2016 Planner

A 12-month Christian planner that also features a place to add items to your bucket list for the year.  The paper used in the planner is sturdier and does not bleed thru.

Throughout the planner there are seasonal prayers and bible versus on every month/week page. I love the colors of black and gold on the planner, the paper used, and the thickness of the planner.

day designer planner

The Day Designer

A yearly strategic planner and daily agenda for creative entrepreneurs, business women, and working mommas everywhere. This is by far one of my favorite planners and I use it daily. Each page is made with ecru paper for excellent ink absorption. The cover is a hardback to keep the pages nice and free from creasing.

It features has a yearly and monthly calendar overview with plenty of room to write what you need to keep done for the day while keeping track of those important dates. The only down fall to the planner is that it is a little too large to fit in my purse or take with me when I travel.

I love that you can choose your own cover, layout,  content and what month you want the planner to start on. You can also choose to include your own personal dates, maps, coloring pages, etc. One of my favorite features is the meal planner and workout schedule you can add to the bottom or each page.
