Fresh Baby is part of the Summer Food Safety Campaign and asked me to join them. With 3 kids, I need to make food safety a priority in our household. I want to help raise my children to make healthier choices by giving them knowledge about their eating habits. Providing healthy and fresh meals for my family can be so easy. All I need to do is prepare the food ahead of time (preferably on a Sunday) so my kids can just reach in the fridge, freezer, or pantry and choose the best food for them. What I mean by preparing the food ahead of time is simply by cutting up fruits and vegetables, making snack size portions of pretzels, etc. If these are already prepared it will help prevent them from choosing more than they need.
I got the chance to review the following product from Fresh Baby to help with practicing food safety at home.
