Bonefish Grill has some new seasonal items on the menu that are great for fish lovers. Being that we are fish lovers there was no doubt that we had to stop by and try some of the new menu items out. You can find a variety of delicious items from lobster to cod along with fruity drinks topped off with bread pudding for dessert. These items are just around for the summer time so be sure to stop by you local Bonefish Grill location to try them out.
New Menu Items
A Peruvian-style ceviche, with hand-cut Chilean sea bass, bay scallops and sweet shrimp marinated in citrus, served with seasoned tortilla chips.
Fresh Caribbean Dayboat Scallops
Inspired by the Caribbean islands, sushi-grade caramelized scallops with a fresh pineapple salsa and a vanilla bean rum butter and a sprinkle of toasted coconut, served with green beans and jasmine rice.
Dynamite-Style Wild Salmon
Wood-grilled Wild Sockeye Salmon topped with dynamite aioli and feta cheese, served with golden gnocchi, tomatoes, spinach and fresh-shucked corn.
Filet & Lobster Stuffed Shrimp Summer Duos
6 oz. wood-grilled Filet paired with three Lobster Stuffed Shrimp, with choice of two fresh sides.
Wild Sockeye Salmon
Enjoy simply grilled fresh Wild Sockeye Salmon.
Cod Piccata & Lobster Tail Summer Duos
Cod Piccata paired with a 5 – 6 oz. Cold Water Lobster Tail with choice of two fresh sides.
Summer Berry Bread Pudding
House-made brioche bread pudding, infused with Grand Marnier and orange zest, served with fresh summer berries, ice cream and salted caramel sauce.
Fresh Watermelon Martini
Our summertime favorite – hand-muddled watermelon, house-infused English cucumber and Fris vodka infusion, fresh sour, garnished with frozen watermelon cubes.
Sparkling Blue Hawaiian
Inspired by the islands, a summertime tiki favorite with Cruzan Guava, Blue Curaçao liqueur, coconut & pineapple, topped with Nino Franco Prosecco.
