Finding the right appliance for you home can be a challenge as there are so many choices, features, and more to each one. After browsing for what may be hours I start to feel indecisive. This new “Meet with an Expert” service at Sears can help you make the right decision by answering questions, comparing models, showing you the features, and more.

Did you know that there is a lot more you need to know about appliances than you think? I had no idea until I met with Robert at my local Sears store. He asked me a series of questions when I was shopping for a new stove. One thing I did not think of was matching the color of the clocks on the microwave and stove.

Just click the “Meet with an Expert” and complete the pop-up form. You will then get a call from the knowledgeable associate from Sears confirming your appointment. Sears offer other convenient ways to shop in-stores and online in addition to the “Meet with an Expert” service such as In-Vehicle Pickup, Return and Exchange, Reserve It, Anyone, and Anywhere Pickup.
In-Vehicle Pickup, Return and Exchange – using the Sears or Shop Your Way mobile app, members can pick up, return or exchange their online purchases for free – guaranteed in five minutes or less – without ever leaving their vehicle.
Reserve It – shop online and place the latest fashion trends, footwear, accessories, and more on hold by selecting “Reserve in Store”. Members will get an email notification of when the items are ready to try on. Members will then have 48 hours to go to Sears, pick up items at the Reserve It rack located in the women’s apparel section and try them on in-store.
Anyone, Anywhere Pickup– Customers can order gifts on Sears.com, and have anyone pick up the purchase at any Sears store! This is a great way to avoid shipping costs especially around the holidays. After adding items in the cart on Sears.com, select “Free Store Pickup” and the preferred pickup location after entering in the zip code. At checkout, select ”Someone Else” as the pickup contact and enter their information. The order will be prepared at the chosen store for the pickup contact who will be notified when it is ready.
