I will admit that my eating habits are not always the best therefore that is why I workout. I am not a die-hard fitness person but I love to keep my weight steady so I will hit the gym or exercise outdoors at least 3 times a week.
When I hit the gym I lift weights, run, and Zumba. I am always curious as to how many miles I run or calories I burn during my workouts. I came across the Ozeri 4x3razor Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer with Bosch Tri-Axis Technology to track them so I can look at my end results.
With the slim design and weighing at just an ounce I can clip it to my pants, shirt or wherever and it won’t affect my workout. The sensor in the pedometer gives accurate readings on steps, distance, calories, fat burned and exercise time. It also has a 7-day memory if you want to keep track for the entire week to see how you did. Now I can see how my progress is going in my workouts and try to make my goal of 10,000 steps.
The pedometer was easy to set up with my profile of height, weight, etc. I can adjust the mode if I want to view the steps, miles, or calories. I change it up depending on what exercise I am doing that day. It also nice to clip onto my pants during a regular day at work to see how many steps I can get in for the day without a workout.
You can find the Ozeri 4x3razor Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer with Bosch Tri-Axis Technology in Blue, Black, and Yellow on Amazon.com and keep track of your fitness goals.
